Owning over 12.5 Million shares he doesn't care about buying more at $1 or $1.30.

He's well aware of the effect this would have on the retail mind if he sold...He probably feels a bit ashamed infront of his team (EE, ES, Mike)...

If he had the choice he would not have done it...he didn't have a choice...it's a margin call.

He'll take the hit and move on.
