i have to agree with you on the margin call as i dont see a reason why david would of bought 15k worth of shares last week in order just to sell it for cheaper....

The more I think about it, the more I have to agree with that theory as well. Provided there are no more dumps on the open market by David in the foreseeable future, then he likely got squeezed.
