that all the new plots of land that Elmer is buying as a senior executive of CUU don't get added to the CUU total? I mean, when you work for a company everything you do, create, invent, belongs to the company. How can the plots of land he is buying be excluded from the total that Tech should own at the end of the day?==========

Reply by Prospekt:

Elmer is not personally buying any claims. All the claims are purchased by CUU, as you can see when you read the news releases.

It is a good thing when the claims are excluded from the agreement with Teck because then we own the claims outright. If anyone wants to buy them from us we own them (nearly) 100% so they are worth more money $$$.

Teck has the option to earn-back up to 75% of claims that are within the agreement, and then can try and negotiate a fair price for the rest, or not, as they wish.===========

Prospekt: How does Elmer get away with purchasing land under the auspices of CUU and then tell Tech, "Oh, by the way this CUU-owned land isn't in the agreement with Tech?" Is CUU more than one company in this regard? MTS
