If Teck wants to control any other claims owned by CUU Teck will have to pay for those since those are 100% (nearly) owned by Copper Fox and are not subject to Teck's back-in contract.

I have tried my hardest to keep up with the story of CUU so it was good of you to point out to me what is obvious to you, that Tech has back-in rights to specified claims only. Thank you for answering my question, albeit in a somewhat condescending way. My concern was that at the end of the day was it possible for Tech to claim all the land that had been bought with CUU dollars. Thanks, MTS
