There is specific language as to new claims, within 2 km, I believe, of the original Teck owned Schaft Creek parcel which Copper Fox agreed to explore per the original terms

It is the careful analysis and determination of which of the new claims are in and which are out of that agreement that is currently undergoing scrutiny

And there has been discussion, some time back with the company, as to how these parcels were to be dealt with during the current negotiation

If they are in the predefined envelope, they must be negotiated as part of the backin agreement

Those that lie outside are the property of Copper Fox and will be negotaited seperately

...another reason why I contend that Teck will be motivated to take out Copper Fox in its entirety

Just buy all the shares and go......
