Dilution is key for a lot of comapnies...but when you have something the size of Schaft Creek it isnt near as big a factor. However we still have to divide the total buyout that many ways...thats the point Im making with the dilution. Even with 600 million shares out Schaft creek would pay nicely here.

If we had more conservative dilution I could believe one of these higher buyout figures, however I just dont see it with 400 million shares out.

I hope Im wrong though..
