Like to quote Vette " Money is what you pay...Value is what you get"

We need to "Find the Value" of our 100% working interest in Shaft Creek

Lets say in 2002 its value was $15 million as cow pasture

Along comes Elmer and his exploring team

Move the clock forward to 2012 and it now has a value of $100 billion plus ( only a guess ) as a mining district.

My question would be: Who gets to put a price tag on this?

Teck, who optioned the cow pasture back in 2002

or

Copper Fox aka Elmer Stewart who discovered the mining district

I think when the value and price are determined. IMO by Copper Fox

Teck will need to recognize the "Value" that Cooper Fox has unlocked in the

last 10 years. I believe a lot of money will change hands.

So the challenge as I see it is to discover "THE VALUE"

Discount the backin

Do the math

Go to the bank

Just my opinion....
