Fair enough, Chap. The AZ lands came at a bargain basement price and I'm glad that Elmer grabbed the opportunity. It certainly thickened the plot while we were waiting for Schaft Creek.

I think it's a matter of choice whether the end of the road comes when SC sells or you want to stay with the management team in AZ.
