Well, I know that some of the talk on this board that garnered the MOST intense exchanges resulted in mgmt talking with their lawyer....
There are certain do's & donts and etiquette to follow:
I may not agree or be in full understanding of the reasons for delays, etc. But I did not sign on to this company to sit in Elmer's seat. I have not signed an NDA or contract that justifies me being privy to every nuance or action the company takes. I elected to follow the qualified leadership we have, and frankly, let them do their job.
I wont come out and accuse mgmt of doing something ulterior and not in the best interest of the shareholder.
I also wont make threats
I also wont make inflamatory or defamation statements against management.
I am not happy with anything, I can elect my right to sell my shares.
I should be ok with the above no?
