Look only as far as the smelter cost. They borrow to buy. When high quality hits the streets they make a bigger profit. That's bankable to them and their lenders. Teck won't have a problem building or getting money to expand their vision for the area. GJ is within transport distance. Ball could come in 5 years from now and it looks like it will. All of these reduce their cost per pound. I don't see Teck having any choice considering what the macro looks like. No hurry, yup, no hurry but... It takes years to get fully up to speed. You have to be ready to go whn the market demands it or you miss the profit wagon. Your position prior to that is key to longevity (investor interest). Once you have it your sp doesn't matter because you are a producer. SP has little to do with your potential to generate profits. Lindsey knows that.
