CUU own 25% Schaft Creek: proven/probable min. reserves/940.8m tonnes = 0.27% copper, 0.19 g/t gold, 0.018% moly and 1.72 g/t silver containing: 5.6b lbs copper, 5.8m ounces gold, 363.5m lbs moly and 51.7m ounces silver; (Recoverable CuEq 0.46%)
I don't think it is within Tecks rights to ask for a gag order. To recieve one, they would've had to get a legal desicion to do so or CUU would have been legally responsible to advise all shareholders. For these reasons, I do not think Teck has a hard copy. However I am sure that they know alot more information than we do, as displayed in their stock price increase as of late, but the unique hard copy itself is still in CUUs hands for their eyes only.
