Elmer : Oh ... really? How do you get to that 4 bucks?

TCK : Well SC is proven so lets say 3.50$ there and 50 cents for all the rest.

Elmer : 50 cents for the rest of the district? You must be out of your mind?!

TCK : That's the point, we don't fully buy the whole ''district'' thing... there is not much proven yet...

Elmer : Ok well give us 4 bucks for SC and we'll keep the remaining lands and form CUU2 so what do you say?
