If that is the current situation, why would CUU not just release it and force Tecks hand? We owe nothing to them and if Teck feels like challenging part of the contents, then we will give someone else a chance to take us out. At least by releasing it the clock would start for sure.

This is not Tecks first party, and I am sure they know all the tricks to make everything work under their terms and timeline.
