Sorry if I've missed something but do we know for sure if a NDA is in place? Furthermore - is a NDA itself considered insider information or can they (CUU) actually tell us if such is in place? Just to recap on my latest questions I send him last week. Finally got a respond from Elmer but he kind of avoided by saying he hadn't received the new questions only the ones I already asked (Mhmmm). So now I have send them one more time and gone into waiting-mode again. My questions were in regards to McDonald's blackout, what happens if they don't deliver a positive BFS (trick question as I'm pretty sure I know what will happen) and the negative cash cost number on the website.
