Yes I agree. In reply also to the two previous posts I'm expecting Teck to make an offer soon to get rid of the spending commitment and make a complete takeover. The offer may precede the backin so they have leverage if they can't agree on a price per share acceptable to both parties. However, the offer will be based upon the assumption that Teck has 75% in hand. If no deal happens then Teck will take their time over the next few years while CUU tries to sell to someone else. The deal really depends on the major shareholder EE. If he wants the money now a deal will happen.
