I cant believe in this day and age that Elmer would have to jump on a plane to hand deliver 10,800 pages in person.

I don't think he flew there to hand it in, he was in town anyway for AMEBC. I was thinking that it would need to be handed in and then Teck would also need to approve the News Release because I am hoping it includes the announcement that Teck is on the clock. Before they released the last News Release Elmer was in Vancouver for a long period and only left after Teck approved that News Release, or so it appeared from here.

It would make sense that the feasibility would be published in true Copper Fox fashion late on Friday night.
