Nut, you are bang on with your question as to why even print it?

I can't beleive either in this day and age that any document of this size would be delivered in hard copy. Do they not think Teck will want to distribute this document within the company? Maybe a hard copy of the page(s) with the signatures...

I don't know if Sedar requires a hard copy. I don't know what their requirements are, but I assume electronic would be the norm for large documents?

I wish we knew what was really going on.
