i think due to legality it has to be a real copy with real signatures which are not photocopied. So Elmer could be picking up the BFS from the printer today or tonight getting the appropriate signatures on it and delivering it tomorrow or Monday, this would be only for teck. The sedar version can then be scanned and posted etc...
