The way I look at this is .....lets say for agrument sake...

Teck looks at the BFS and says CUU did full fill thier end of the agreement....we have to do something, but it really don`t apeal to us ( Teck that is). so Teck say ok...we`ll go for 1 million shares.

On the other hand....for agrument sake again

Let say Teck say ...CUU did not full fill thier end of the agrement, But ( WHOLLY COW...LOOK AT HOW MANY DECADES WE CAN MINE). Teck then says....we`ll still back in even thou we don`t need to. We`ll give you (X) amount.

Once Teck makes either decision....they are then 100% obligated to do something.

Thats how I see it.
