The above quote is from Stockfriend's post from a conversation he had with Elmer. Reading it gives me the impression that Elmer is going to be "lax" on the 120 day clock. He probably was trying to give us a heads up should the 120 days pass by - building a relationship with Teck. Given CUU's history... I won't be surprised if that timeline is extended. IMO.
But then, I'm counting on Teck's history that they tend to make quick decisions. That they will be fair to Juniors, especially those owned majority by insiders.
