From what I've gathered from some PMs from folks is that their discussions with CUU have shown them to be absolutely non-commital on the clock and the 30 days. Elmer was reported to be forthright at VRIC that the 120(+) days had started, then I got an email from Jason that back-peddled that notion, now more recently, they aren't saying anything about the 120 days. What is to be believed when older info from the company is reversed then put into neutral by newer and newer info.

As far as 'negotiations' - I think we confirmed that CUU could not have given themselves the options YESTERDAY if they were in negotiations. You might want to reasses your assessment of the level of 'street smarts' here and that of your own.
