Imho, Teck has already approved the BFS. Even though there has been some discrepancy from what Jason has said and what Elmer said the BFS has been pretty much been accepted by Teck. Teck had all the numbers even prior to the Dec 21 NR. If they objected or had any problems they would never have released the BFS on Dec 21. Remember, all NR has to go thru Teck prior to release and it would certainly have been irresponsible of them to allow it if there were any possibility of rejection later on. So as far as Elmer was concerned the clock is now on for Teck to make their decision.

As far as discussions or negotiations go, in my mind they are the same thing. We are in negotiations now. Are they going to tell you in a NR yes we are in "negotiations". I am really surprised at the lack of discernment and street smarts by some here. Some people want everthing to be spelled out for them. Some people feel that we should spice up our NRs to make it more "promotional". Well again who has to approve NRs prior to release... And do they want their competitors to focus on SC. Duuh.. You got it Johnny. And before anyone pms me to say I`m insulting them or referring to them I`m not. But if you think I am then maybe I am.. lol
