CUU own 25% Schaft Creek: proven/probable min. reserves/940.8m tonnes = 0.27% copper, 0.19 g/t gold, 0.018% moly and 1.72 g/t silver containing: 5.6b lbs copper, 5.8m ounces gold, 363.5m lbs moly and 51.7m ounces silver; (Recoverable CuEq 0.46%)
Supposedly, CUU is presently working on the EA application (per Mike Smith). However, it's been mentioned previously that it takes about a year for the approval process. Elmer has no control over that. Elmer did say in the Conference Call of Dec. 24th, that CUU has been working closely with the government dealing with EA in the past and they are fully aware of what is going on with CUU. He also did mention that the problem that, because of turnover in personnel, he can't predict if the person assigned to review and approve CUU would be knowledgeable about CUU.
