I think your right. Just about daily when I start my daily info search of different sources.....more and more...permitting is getting harder and harder in South America. Then you got the Mongolia thing...the gov`t wants it back. Then Africa....mines are getting taxed more and more....let alone talking about the instabilaty in these regions.
