I can confirm there were several other posts from other posters who've talked to Elmer or Mike who have written back the same information of Elmer "gigling," about $3.25, not just Vette. It's just tedious and time consuming to go back to July forwards to locate these posts, not remembering who the poster was.

The fact that more than one person has experienced the same response leads me to believe that Elmer/Mike at one point did indeed believe that CUU is worth much more than $3.80. If they've changed their minds since, who knows. But given we now have the MIRA, Titan, more land acquisitions, I would find it hard to believe it would be less than $3.80. However, there is some merit as to what was felt then, may have been influenced by where the sp was at that time compared to now.
