Yes, Elmer has said the same thing to me: "please, call the office if you have any doubts or questions". However, has the CUU office, Elmer or the other personnel, really been helpful and truthful with information? How many, it's coming, soon, next week, mid-summer, end of Sept., weeks not months, early Jan, a few weeks.... have we been told? When they can't answer you get responses like "it's moving along, on target..". Emails sent in January have not be answered. Not mentioning getting different responses depending on whom you talked to. IMO
