CUU own 25% Schaft Creek: proven/probable min. reserves/940.8m tonnes = 0.27% copper, 0.19 g/t gold, 0.018% moly and 1.72 g/t silver containing: 5.6b lbs copper, 5.8m ounces gold, 363.5m lbs moly and 51.7m ounces silver; (Recoverable CuEq 0.46%)
As for drilling...correct if you remember better than me, but I got the impression from CUU that it was better to get the FS out ASAP instead of doing a massive drilling is because it would not improve the immediate near future value of SC.
Because we have done so much drilling already that we are set for the next 20 years. Any massive drilling is only to prove up the following 20 years of the mine. The value of the following 20 years doesn't prove up the NPV beacuse it so far down the road.
Instead, drilling for the waste and the recoveries would affect the value much more.
