At this juncture, and given ongoing discussions, you can't expect Copper Fox to say anything other than they are pressing on with or without Teck.

Power is a non issue ... it will be available.

Given the depressed state of the junior market, Copper Fox is holding well.

Due in fact to access to financing, whats in the ground, and proven, and the viability of a mine by way of the completed FS ... a landmark most juniors never arrive at.

The bottom line; you have to ask yourself, is there upside to this stock from here?

Elmer and staff can't quote predicted share price.

But they do publish their opinion as illustrated in their Feb. 26 -2013 Corporate Brochure.

DM buying back a couple hundred thousand shares speaks volumes about his forecasted stock price going forward.
He could have put his money elsewhere .. lots of ops out there.
There is always unusual silence, lack of information, and confusion before a buyout.
Especially on a deal involving billions of dollars.
Patience wins in the stock market.
