The articles of incorporation show that Copper Fox Minerals Co. is a holding company. The other two are for the purposes of mineral exploration. Holding companies are often used for tax avoidance purposes. I wonder if some of this was set up for the SC liquidation?

It does seem like they've set it up so that the two properties could be sold separately at a future date.

They incorporated on July 31, 2012, and the NR telling us they were buying the properties came on July 9, 2012.

I don't know why the properties aren't promoted on the CF website with more enthusiasm. You would think it might help our stock price. It couldn't hurt.

BTW, is someone selling off through Questrade to participate in the PP?
