This meeting in Smithers could be an open house to drum up community support. Good move by Elmer.

They've also used the airport and local contractors in the past (drilling, sample prep, etc).

The meeting could also be related to the Environmental Assessment, but it's strange that Shane is not attending. They've had environmental meetings in Smithers in the past:
