Remember the buyout price will or has been decided using the pounds in the ground. Therefore that is why I am saying that if they, Teck, has decided that the pounds in the ground is worth $1.50 a share, they wont really care about the current share price and wont readjust their pounds in the ground offer to satisfy a higher share price.
