If there was a leak regarding the reason for delays, people would be speculating a lot more and there would be a lot more volume. I would agree. Computers don't trade based on emotion, and if there's noone to dump shares into the open market, there are no shares to play with.

I look at volume drying up as a good sign, as I think people have a deathgrip on their shares and are unwilling to part with them.
