First of all, I never go to that SI board because as a shareholder I'm not interested in bashing this stock.
What proof do you have that the contract doesn't exists anymore?
If the contract does exist the way you see it, then we wouldn't have to negotiate anything with Teck right now because after 120 days we would own it 100%.
I don't mean that the contract has been terminated, but we can't use it under the current conditions.
Both Cuu and Teck could have agreed to an extension to iron out more details as this is a big project involving many factors...
If they made any new agreement they would have to make it official. That's just how I see it, but you don't have to agree with me.
