CUU own 25% Schaft Creek: proven/probable min. reserves/940.8m tonnes = 0.27% copper, 0.19 g/t gold, 0.018% moly and 1.72 g/t silver containing: 5.6b lbs copper, 5.8m ounces gold, 363.5m lbs moly and 51.7m ounces silver; (Recoverable CuEq 0.46%)
Now that the 120 days is gone, what virtually prevents this ''discussions period'' to last for months? Let's say CUU is playing hardball with Teck and wont accept their proposal or Teck is still thinking, any way you see it it does'nt change much.. what are the next steps?
More drilling? Seems to me that its getting late to drill this season..
EA? It should be completed in q3... at the earliest...
urge to build a mine? Teck and global demand are not in near term extreme need for copper.
My conclusion? this gets resolved fairly quick , like in the next 2 weeks ...Otherwise, we might hear end of summer sooner than you think.. and summer of 201X nobody knows... jmho
