CUU own 25% Schaft Creek: proven/probable min. reserves/940.8m tonnes = 0.27% copper, 0.19 g/t gold, 0.018% moly and 1.72 g/t silver containing: 5.6b lbs copper, 5.8m ounces gold, 363.5m lbs moly and 51.7m ounces silver; (Recoverable CuEq 0.46%)
Everyone seems to forget we need a road into the minesite. building the road is an approved expense and will cost a bundle. I'm not sure of the exact distance, 20 kms plus, in very rough terraine, and requires a major bridge and 2 smaller ones. everything has to be engineered to carry monster trucks, fully loaded, weighing 100s of tons.
Then a storage/transfer area has to be set up for smaller trucks to load and carry the concentrate on hwy 37.
Throw in a decent drilling program and the money wouldn't last as long some think.....chunky
