By choosing to drill the East side of Paramount, Teck has moved away from the recommendations in the Feasibility. The FS suggested drilling be concentrated on the Inferred resource that lies within the pit shell to move it up to Measured or Indicated. When Elmer was talking about having to drill this year he always said that it wouldn't take much drilling, maybe 10 holes, to do this work and it would be a priority.

So Teck has their own game plan.

I think they are doing this because they believe, as we all do, that the east side is mineralized but they need the drill results so that they can get a new mine plan produced. I think they are further ahead in their planning than we are and are ready to get a mine plan and move forward fast.

Remember this mistake from Moose Mountain? You never know...it could have been Teck looking at a different strategy than Elmer was, but Elmer didn't have the drill results to prove it up.

The second $60 million that they are to commit to pre-production doesn't have to actually be spent entirely. They might just get to the Production decision faster than they can spend the money.
