I am just speculating that they are maybe working on their own mine plan.

And I agree with you. This is why 150,000 tpd (for the EAA) is to small and why CUU never submitted it.

Teck will test the East like Mira suggested and this mine will be 180,000-220,000 tpd an dchnage the economics...(a good thing)

The production decision will come fast once results are received, and we should be gone.
