A share buy back is not a good idea for CUU. For a junior, having cash in the bank is critical and it should be spent judiciously; 'cause once spent, its gone; unlike a company like Teck who has a steady cash flow. Even for Teck, the buy back program seems to have little effect on its share price - it has drifted downward since its share buy back announcement. It would be far better for CUU to conserve the cash so we don't go broke or require a massive dilution to raise funds at these pathetic share price! JMO
