One would question if there is a predetermined outcome and they agreed for Teck to get in for 75% with a relatively small investment and Teck arranges for a third party at a later date to purchase CUU's share at a much increased value.

Radagast - I think you're on to something...

We know EE has a price tag on SC and Elmer has proclaimed numerous times that the current share price will not play a role in any future negotiations to sell our 25% share of the JV. So it could look (I hope) like they have kind of agreed on EE's price but as Trek is not willing to pay the EE price they will improve the economics of SC to further convince their third party/parties that the price it worth paying. IMO.
