It was just a comparable, just as many people in the recent past have put up valuations based off other projects that have sold. They are just wild speculation but with no news to work with, we all are trying to put a true price tag on this. .225 doesn't even come close to what we actually own. Many people who bought at the all time highs have had plenty of time to average down to a respectful average now.
