Sorry to pick on your math Prospekt.

I was looking back at their SP in March 2012. Their high was $17.16.

Their fully outstanding shares at that time was 42,596,630. x $17.16 = $730,958,170.00

$470 million buy out divide by $730,958,170.00 = 64.2%

If we go by $2.70 high of copper fox * 64.2% = $1.73

I went to look at Copper Fox outstanding shares at that time, it was around 336 million. basically market cap high of $1 billion. came up to around $1.73 as well. (Just double checking my math).

I think from 2012-today, Lumina increased 10% in outstanding shares.
