CUU own 25% Schaft Creek: proven/probable min. reserves/940.8m tonnes = 0.27% copper, 0.19 g/t gold, 0.018% moly and 1.72 g/t silver containing: 5.6b lbs copper, 5.8m ounces gold, 363.5m lbs moly and 51.7m ounces silver; (Recoverable CuEq 0.46%)
I agree that it is disappointing to CUUVette totally disappear. I don't mind at all that he isn't commenting anymore, but over quite a few years he wrote many articles promoting Copper Fox and spent hundreds of hours of commenting on this blog. He doesn't owe us anything. But I still think to simply drop everything without a comment is not fair to this community. Based on that behavior, why would I want to follow (or even look at) his other recommendations? However, this gripe doesn't take away from the fact that I appreciated his insights and I acknowledge that the money I invested was my own choice. I still believe his analysis on the deposit - just his optimism on the timing has been off.
I just would have expected, at a minimum, that CUUVette would be to maintain a link to Copper Fox on his website stating something like "I'm awaiting the results of the optimization" or even some reason like "After years of waiting I am no longer following CUU".
