Totally support the sentiment suggested here. AG would benefit hugely from a transparent accountability system, containing a 'penalty box' of sorts, where deleted posts would show up (with or without the original text) with an explanatory reason for the deletion, and banning a member would also require more than one moderator to approve, and banned members would go into the same penalty box, with the reasons for their ban and moderators who jointly approved the ban.
