CUU own 25% Schaft Creek: proven/probable min. reserves/940.8m tonnes = 0.27% copper, 0.19 g/t gold, 0.018% moly and 1.72 g/t silver containing: 5.6b lbs copper, 5.8m ounces gold, 363.5m lbs moly and 51.7m ounces silver; (Recoverable CuEq 0.46%)
The reserves are listed on Teck's website: http://www.teck.com/generic.aspx?page=teck+site%2fdiversified+mining+pages%2freserves+and+resources&portalname=tc
The whole point of an FS is to demonstrate the economic viability of a deposit to a level where you can book reserves, which add significant value.
The second point is not a debate about Salazar but a discussion to explain why Teck hasn't booked any value for SC and the wording in the JV which includes the following phrase" ...and based on an approved Feasibility Study... ".
