A well thought out and good post as usual. The one caveat to your message at the end though, is your average cost. Many people (me included) were buying in the $2 range, and I kept adding as the price dropped, like trying to catch a falling knife.
My average is now around $1. We have a long way to go to get there, and I agree that this property will become a mine. That being said, unless I invest a whole lot more at the current price, or we're bought out for far more than I think we'll get - I always thought that a buyout in the $2 to $3 range would not be unreasonable - this will not change my life, or give me financial security.
I'm still optimistic and still like the property, drill results, and progress so far, but in hindsight, I regret my decision to invest as heavily as I did in this stock, as now I have no great option other than sit and wait. The option of selling to me is not really an option at all at this point.
After all that, I'll likely be one of those who transfers shares in kind to my TFSA in January, as I think having this in a tfsa at these levels is probably a very smart idea.
