Hoghead, I don't know what else to say. If you call and don't trust it and require everything in writing, none of us here on the board can help you. We only know as much as you do and any information we get by calling in.

If you think "in writing" will help so much, you should look at other companies out there. Go look at bigger miners who "in writing" planned on spending $ x amount on capex yet later on ran out of money. Look at Baja.

You're right, we are putting trust into this company and its management. I've called and I trust this company and management. If you simply don't trust it anymore and calling in doesn't help you at all, I don't know what else to suggest. You're simply asking a question that none of us can answer for you.
