I'm sure if you filled out the appropriate forms, you could mail them in and they would process them when they received them. I spoke to a representative with my bank who did it over the phone. Other than that, I don't know that you'd be able to do it any other way. I couldn't find the forms online, so I opted to speak to a rep. Good luck.
