I like your post a lot sibiu.

Across 'the street' is a major mining company WITH a smelter and mill. The mineralization there is the same as VD's, they are mining via heap leach. VD is heap leachable, doesn't have to be ISL, truck ore over to existing pads.

Lots of synergies. CUU sells Van Dyke for US$50-70 mln.
