Like are you really serious? Please answer this, you placed an ad for some asset in the paper for $5000. You got a few offers, some real low. $1000, $4000, $3500, then someone offered you $6000! You just accept it and not wonder why someone would offer more when they already know you will accept less? If anything in the case your talking about they would be smarter to pay what he asked, it only raises questions if the just offer more..
