In the meantime......

CUU had an interesting day. We closed unchanged after trading 529,000 shares - the second highest volume day in two months.

Since the Dec. Tax Loss selling low, we have formed a higher low and crossed back above the 50DMA.

So far so good.

If we can move up a couple more pennies, that would form a second higher low.

CUU's chart looks constructive....
